Core functional departments
1. R&D and Design Department: Responsible for product design, mold development, process optimization, leading patent applications and technological innovation, and can independently develop various carrier forming molds, vacuum forming molds, and non-standard fixtures according to customer drawing requirements.
2. Production and Manufacturing Department: It includes a carrier production workshop, packaging workshop, stamping workshop, and aluminum foil bag production workshop, equipped with advanced carrier production equipment and a 100000 level dust-free workshop in China, to achieve the full process production of mold processing, product forming, and packaging and packaging.
3. Quality Control Department: Through the linkage between the Quality Inspection Room and the production line, a full process inspection system for PQC (Process Quality Control), LQC (Online Quality Control), and FQC (Finished Product Quality Control) is established, equipped with professional equipment such as microscopes, height gauges, and tensile testers to ensure product accuracy and performance meet standards.
4. Marketing and Sales Department: Responsible for domestic and international market development, customer docking, order follow-up, providing product consulting and customized communication services, and maintaining customer cooperation relationships.
5. Comprehensive Management Department: Coordinate administrative, personnel, financial, supply chain management and other affairs to ensure the daily operation and resource allocation of the enterprise, and coordinate the collaborative operation of production, research and development, and sales processes.
Production and Quality Control System Architecture
Production system: With "raw material adaptation mold processing molding production packaging" as the core process, integrating advanced equipment such as tablet machines to achieve large-scale and customized production of multi material and multi specification products.
Quality control system: Establish a four level inspection process of "production line sampling - process testing - finished product testing - warehouse review", covering multi-dimensional testing items such as appearance, accuracy, electrical performance, physical performance, etc., to ensure that products meet ISO9001:2015 standards and customer requirements.
